Google launches 'Smart Spoon' To help steady shaking hands
Google surprised us again with its innovative product. Over the last decade, the company has given us many products. Right from Google translators to doodles, Voice search to Google car. And now the company has come up with a smart spoon for people suffering from essential tremors and Parkinson's disease.
The Google Spoon, which is the brainchild of Google X's Life Sciences division, has been developed by Lift Labs
The technology senses how a hand is shaking and makes instant adjustments to stay balanced. In clinical trials, the Liftware spoons reduced shaking of the spoon bowl by an average of 76 per cent.
The spoon, which will help them eat their food without spilling it.

This device comes with 3 attachments which are spoon, fork and knife, and is priced at $295 per piece. We will also get a charger in the box. So the Liftware Spoon is always ready for meal times. Compact and portable, it is also easy to take along, making it possible for people with essential tremors or Parkinson's to eat out in restaurants.
